Fire Report – Case# 210478839

Randolph St & Ralston St
Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle that was on fire, which was later extinguished by the SFFD. The victim stated that he had observed and heard five suspects setting off fireworks before he was informed, several minutes later, that his truck was on fire.

The victim reported that she had been walking when she bumped into a trash can, which caused it to fall and spill garbage on to the ground. The victim was then grabbed by the suspect who demanded that she clean the fallen trash.  

Robbery – Case# 210477671

100 Broad St
The victim reported that he had been working when the suspect, who was in a wheelchair, began to shoplift items. The victim attempted to record the incident but the suspect brandished a gun at the victim. When the suspect exited the store with the stolen merchandise, the victim attempted to follow the suspect. The suspect responded by pointing the gun at the victim before leaving the area.

The victim reported that he had been staying at the building in the past several days and had returned to find that the apartment door was locked. The victim knocked and the suspect opened the door before asking if the victim wanted to gamble. The victim said that he didn’t and the suspect suddenly started punching him. A second suspect then took the victim’s property and a third suspect stabbed the victim’s legs before all the suspects fled with the stolen property. The injured victim returned to the lobby where two people, who were known to him, helped him back to the room and cleaned his wounds.
