1800 Irving St
The victim, a DPT officer, reported that he had been in the process of citing a vehicle that was doubled parked and had caused a backup in traffic. While the victim was writing up the citation in his vehicle, the suspect appeared and punched the victim’s window and caused it to shatter. The suspect then threatened to harm the victim before leaving the scene.
