The victim reported that they had gone back to their car and found paper had been scattered all over the car. The victim opened the vehicle’s door and discovered that the suspect was inside, who then exited and walked away from the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.
