Officers were on patrol in the area and were notified of a fight happening nearby. The witness reported that the suspect had been standing outside the store when he asked someone going inside to buy him a beer. The suspect then got into a fight with someone else that was inside the store. Responding officers located and detained the suspect, who refused to identify himself and spat at the officers. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
