Officers responded to a report of a possible squatter. While on scene, responding officers observed a known suspect climbing through a broken window and detained him. A computer check on the suspect revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.

The victim, a bank employee, reported that the suspect had approached her window and passed over a note that said the suspect was a robber and to give her money. After receiving the cash, the suspect immediately fled the area.
