Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that he had been at the location to pick up a food delivery when the suspect walked in and started arguing with the owner. When the suspect began throwing food around, the victim attempted to stop them. The suspect responded by punching the victim in the face before walking out of the restaurant.
