The Outer Sunset Merchants and Professionals Association (OSMPA) hosted a meeting of the SF Council of District Merchants Associations (SFCDMA) on May 22, 2014. The SFCDMA serves as a forum and as a collective voice for all City-wide merchants associations that advocates, coordinates, and networks for the benefit of businesses.
Bill Barnickel and other members of the OSMPA played host. It was an honor for a local merchants’ group to accommodate a City-wide gathering of business associations.
The OSMPA advocates on behalf of its member. Community stakeholders often contact OSMPA for support as well as to hear the Association’s concerns.
Captain Curtis Lum of Taraval Station regularly keeps in touch with OSMPA to achieve a common goal of ensuring a safe and thriving commercial environment.
