The victim entered Taraval Station to report an incident of battery between themselves and their family members.

Officers responded to a report of squatters. The victim, the owner, stated that they usually check on the building randomly and was currently unable to enter because the locks had been changed. Responding officers arrived at the location and conducted a computer check on the vehicle, that was parked in the building’s driveway, which revealed that it had been reported stolen. During the incident, the suspect made a 911 call in an attempt to distract and draw away the officers currently at the location. The officers made entry into the building and after further investigation, cited the suspect.
