The victim stated that they had been driving when they honked at a vehicle in front of them that was blocking traffic. The suspect then ran up to the victim and brandished a knife at the victim. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. A computer search revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.
