The victim stated that they had been driving when they observed a vehicle making a left turn on to Lincoln Way before coming to a stop. As the victim drove by the vehicle, they heard gunshots. The victim later discovered that two bullets had grazed the vehicle and caused damages. Responding officers located a second vehicle with a shattered window and bullet damages.
