Officers were on patrol and observed a suspect running a red light. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that they did not have a valid driver’s license.

Lincoln Way & 32nd Ave
The victim stated that they had been driving and had accidentally cut off the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect then followed the victim and honked their horn for twenty blocks. The victim responded to the suspect with a rude gesture before the suspect then changed lanes, pulled next to the victim and brandished a gun at them.
