Officers responded to a report of a fight. Party #1 stated that they had accused their neighbor of stealing their laptop. The laptop was later located and Party #2 wanted an apology. An argument ensued before it turned into a physical confrontation. Responding officers arrived at the location but second party was not at the scene.
