The victim stated that they had discovered the suspect in the kitchen and escorted the suspect out of the house. However, the suspect became hostile and stated that the residence was their house. Once outside, the suspect brandished a knife at the victim. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
