The victim reported to responding officers that they had been doubled parked, while looking for nearby parking, when the suspect threw a full garbage bag at the victim’s vehicle. The suspect then walked over to the victim and attempted to stab the victim four times with a butter knife before walking back into their residence.

The victim reported that the suspect was inside a unit that was being used as a short-term rental and was supposed to be unoccupied. The suspect then left the unit before the officers arrived and a search did not locate that anything had been stolen from the unit.
