The suspect stated that the victim, a neighbor, had screamed at them and threatened to hit them with a stick. The suspect responded by throwing a cup at the victim before pepper spraying the victim. The victim disagreed with the suspect’s statements and both parties refused to press charges.

800 Ulloa St
The victim, a MUNI agent, reported that the suspect had entered the station with a bicycle and was told that bicycles were not allowed unless it could be broken down into smaller pieces. The suspect responded angrily and punched the victim’s face.
