Battery – Case# 230272627 6:01 pm 4100 Ortega St The victim, a MUNI driver, reported that the suspect had suddenly come up and spat on them twice before running away.
Vehicle Strip – Case# 230270518 1:39 am 2100 25th Ave Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity and detained the suspects. After further investigation and speaking to the witness, it was determined that the suspects had been attempting to steal the rims and tires off the vehicle. Three adult suspects were arrested and one juvenile suspect was cited.
