Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim stated that they had been walking when the suspect grabbed her purse. A struggle ensued until the suspect kicked the victim, causing the victim to let go of the purse. Both suspects then fled the area in a nearby vehicle. The witness, who also obtained the suspects’ license plate number, stated that they had been walking when they observed two suspects running and the victim on the ground.
