The victim, who was inside their house, heard suspicious noises outside and went to investigate. The victim exited the house and observed three suspects attempting to steal a neighbor’s catalytic converter. The victim yelled at the suspect who responded by getting back into their vehicle and firing shots before fleeing the area.
