The victim stated that they had been walking on the sidewalk when the suspect suddenly approached, brandished a knife and pointed it at the victim. The suspect then fled the area.
Stay Away Order Violation – Case# 230295516

2300 Noriega St
The victim observed the suspect approaching, despite a court order prohibiting the suspect from being near the store. Responding officers located the suspect, who was in violation of the stay away order. The suspect was arrested.
Attempted Burglary – Resisting Arrest – Case# 230294251

1300 Ocean Ave
The victim, a restaurant employee who was inside the building, stated that the suspect was observed using a torch to burn through glass in an attempt to break into the business. The victim reported that the suspect then immediately attempted to flee the area at the officers’ arrival. Responding officers detain the suspect, despite the suspect fleeing on a scooter. A search revealed burglary tools in the suspect’s possession. A computer check also revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.
