The victim, a student, stated that they had been at the playground when the suspect, a schoolmate, started harassing and bullying them. The suspect then chased the victim before kicking and punching the victim multiple times. The suspect then left the area.

The victim, who had been driving, stated that the suspect had been following them very closely before the victim stopped at a light. The suspect then exited their vehicle and pounded on the victim’s window before threatening to harm the victim. Both the victim and suspect then drove away.
