The victim stated that they had been on a LRV when the suspect attempted to take the victim’s cell phone. When the victim resisted, the suspect brandished a firearm and hit the victim twice on the head with the firearm. The suspect then fled the area.

The victim, a store employee, reported that a known shoplifter, the suspect, was told to leave the store. The suspect responded by knocking store merchandise on to the floor before throwing the items at the victim. The suspect then exited the store.

Byxbee St & 19th Ave
The witness reported that they had observed the suspect beating the victim, who was on the ground. The suspect then fled from the victim, who chased after the suspect. The witness believes that they saw the victim with a gun but did not see it in the victim’s possession. Shortly afterwards, the witness stated that they heard gunshots and observed someone shooting a weapon but did not know if it was the suspect or victim. Responding officers searched the area but did not locate anyone with injuries and could not determine who had fired a weapon.

Plain clothes officers were on patrol in the area and observed the suspect pouring a cup of coffee onto a commercial building’s wall before kicking the building’s window until it shattered. The suspect then attempted to walk away from the building but was later arrested.

Officers arrived on scene and detained the parties involved. Party One stated that Party Two had brandished a firearm and punched Party Two. Party Two stated that they had been punched by Party One and responded by brandishing the firearm. After further investigation, both parties were cited.

The victim stated that they had asked the suspect, who was taking up two spaces, to move. The suspect became angry and yelled at the victim. The victim returned to their vehicle and called the police but the suspect followed and brandished a knife at the victim. Responding officers arrived at the location and the suspect attempted to leave the area. The officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
