The victim, who had parked their vehicle and was talking on their cell phone, stated that the suspect’s vehicle had approached and stopped nearby. Two suspects then exited the vehicle and pointed a gun at the victim before attempting and failing to drive the vehicle away. The suspects then took the victim’s cell phone and fled the area.

The victim stated that they had been parking their vehicle when the observed two suspects crouched nearby. The victim paused and watched the two suspects before exiting the vehicle after the suspects did not make any movement. Once outside, the suspects approached the victim and pointed guns at the victim. The suspects then punched the victim and stole the victim’s property before fleeing the area.
