1200 Ocean Ave
The victim, who had been walking their dog, reported that they had inadvertently woken up the suspect who had been sleeping in the area. The suspect was upset and began throwing items at the victim and the victim’s dog was struck by one of the thrown items. The suspect then fled the area but turned around and attempted to punch the victim, who was then holding on to their dog behind the suspect. The suspect missed the victim and hit the dog instead. Responding officers arrived at the location and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
