The victim reported that they had been seated on a MUNI when the first suspect approached and asked them a question. A second suspect then approached and tore the victim’s necklace off and both suspects immediately fled. The victim attempted to follow the suspects but they brandished a utility knife at the victim.

Officers responded to a report of a known shoplifter inside the store. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. The store declined to press charges. However, a computer check revealed that the suspect had three arrest warrants. The suspect was arrested.

The subject entered Taraval Station to report that they had an arrest warrant, which was confirmed by a computer check. The subject was arrested.

19th Ave & Winston Dr
The victim reported that they had a rented storage unit where they were letting a friend, the suspect, stay in. However, the victim and suspect got into an argument earlier in the day and the suspect followed the victim onto a LRV afterwards. The victim stated that the suspect had a pocketknife extended as they followed the victim. A second friend persuaded the suspect to exit the LRV while the victim stayed on and left the area onboard the vehicle.
