An officer was on patrol in the area and observed a vehicle running a red light and almost causing a collision. The driver then briefly stopped at another red light before also driving through it. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver’s license was in the process of being suspended but had not yet been finalized. The driver was cited for running two red lights and for driving recklessly.

The victim, a restaurant employee, stated that the suspect had walked in to order food. The suspect then requested extra items and was told that they would be charged for them. The suspect responded angrily and threatened to shoot the victim.
