Officers responded to a report of an altercation between a group of juveniles. The victims told the officers that they saw three suspects standing on the coupler of the LRV. The victims told the suspect to get off. The suspect got off but was upset and one of the suspects brandished a knife and threatened the victim. One suspect was cited and the other three were released to their parents.
