The victim, an employee, was in the parking lot when he observed a vehicle driving with its headlights off. The victim signaled to the driver to turn on the headlights and made a comment to the driver. The driver stopped the vehicle and got out and was upset about what the victim said. The suspect starts punching and kicking the victim.
