Officers responded to a report of a theft. Responding officers located the suspect vehicle. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The suspect fled at a high rate of speed. The victim told the officers that she heard a cutting metal sound. The victim looked out of the window and saw two suspects under her vehicle taking her catalytic converter. The victim saw the suspect flee the scene in a vehicle.

The victim told the officers that a suspect began shouting at him about the placement of his vehicle in a parking space. The situation escalated and the suspect spat at the victim. The suspect then turned away and exposed her buttocks to him.
