A sergeant was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle failing to stop at a red light. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim let the suspect use his cell phone while the suspect was still in his vehicle. The victim and his wife tried to get the cell phone back. The suspect started driving away at a high rate of speed. The victim and his wife were somehow caught by the vehicle and were dragged a few feet.
