The victim, a ride-share driver, told the officers that he picked up the suspect and while driving, the suspect placed him in a headlock. The victim stopped his vehicle and was able to break free and exit the vehicle. The suspect attempted to get into the driver’s seat but was unable. The suspect punched and kicked the victim and then vandalized his vehicle. The suspect fled the scene.
