Shoplifting – Warrant Arrest – Case# 240331627

Officers were in the area on patrol when a witness told them that a suspect had just shoplifted. The witness pointed to the suspect holding onto the stolen merchandise and trying to flee the area. They detained the suspect. Initially, the suspect refused to provide the officers with his name. The suspect finally provided the officers with his information and a computer check revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested for shoplifting, the warrants, and other charges.
Stolen Vehicle – Case# 240332813

Brotherhood Way & Arch St
Officers were in the area on patrol when they saw a vehicle pull over to the side and its emergency lights on. A computer check on the license plate revealed that it had been stolen. The officer also noticed the sunroof was shattered. Officers detained a subject. After further investigation the subject was arrested for possession of stolen property, providing false information, and drug-related crimes and a warrant. The suspect was arrested.
