Initially, officers responded to a report of the suspect making a mess outside on the sidewalk. Officers advised the suspect to clean up the thrash. Officers responded back to the location because the suspect was now aggressively yelling and throwing more trash and debris onto the sidewalk area behind the victim’s restaurant. The victim told the suspect to clean up the mess and the suspect got angry and threw a silver key hitting the victim on her cheek. Officers cited the suspect.
