Officers responded to the hospital regarding a report of a shooting. The victim told the officers that when he exited his vehicle, a suspect drove up to him and shot at him. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to his left leg. The victim’s statement was inconstant. Officers did not locate the crime scene.
