The victim and his friends were at the bus stop. The victim and his friends boarded the bus. Four other people also boarded the bus. Suddenly one of the four that boarded the bus with them tried to pull the victim’s necklace off but was unsuccessful. The bus stopped and the suspect and his friends left the bus.

The victim told the officers that an acquaintance approached him and asked him for water, alcohol, and money. The victim told the acquaintance that he did not have any. The acquaintance used a metal pipe to strike him and left the area.
