Officers responded to a welfare check on a vehicle with the driver asleep. The officer woke the driver up, and the driver started driving away. Officers arrived and conducted an investigation. The vehicle continued driving and it hit a fence. The driver was detained and after further investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI.
