The witness told the officers she heard yelling and screaming from the address. The witness stated that after the argument, she heard the sounds of a gunshot. Officers had responded to the address on numerous occasions. Officers attempted to have the residence open the door for a well-being check, but they refused. Because gunfire was heard, the officer made forced entry. The occupants confronted the officers and were hostile.

The suspect had boarded a MUNI coach and was upset that it was not going downtown. The suspect became irate and discharged pepper spray at the victim, the MUNI driver. the suspect fled the scene.

100 West Portal Ave
The victim told the officers that he saw the suspect earlier in the area collecting cardboard. The victim suddenly felt something striking his head. The victim saw the suspect dropping a wooden sign. Officers located the suspect and later arrested her.
