22nd Ave & Taraval St
The victim, an employee from Park and Rec came to Taraval station to report juvenile suspects harassing him. The victim is a gardener, and he was working at McCoppin Park. The victim saw a group of teenagers sitting in the park and doing drugs. The victim told the suspects to leave and to pick up the trash. The suspects started cursing at the victim and threatened to have him harmed. The victim took out his phone and began taking photos. The suspect smacked his phone causing the phone to break. Officers detained the suspects. The suspect was later arrested and taken to the Juvenile Justice Center.
