The victim told the officer that he stepped off the curb to go to his parked vehicle across the street. A car coming up the hill attempted to hit him. The suspect stopped his vehicle next to the victim revved the engine and then drove away.

The victim told the officers that the suspect, a security guard made claims that she was shoplifting and then punched her and grabbed her arm.

The victim told the officers that she got a cashier’s check in Oakland and deposited the check at this location. The victim told the officers that she was still in her vehicle when a vehicle stopped next to her and a suspect approached her vehicle and pointed a firearm at her and demanded her property. The victim gave the suspect her property and the suspect entered the vehicle driven by a second suspect and they fled the scene.
