The victim was on the Muni when two suspects approached him and snatched his cell phone out of his hand. The suspects got off MUNI and chased after the suspect but couldn’t get it back.

The victim told the officers that he heard a loud bang coming from where his vehicle was. The victim looked and saw the suspect holding a red brick in his hand hitting his vehicle window. The suspect was detained. The same suspect was involved in a separate incident in the Ingleside district. The suspect was arrested
