The juvenile victim told the officers that he was sitting in the massage chairs on the 2nd floor of the mall with his cell phone in his hands. The victim saw the three juvenile suspects walk in front of him and look at him. The suspects walked away and walked back wearing masks. The suspects demanded his cell phone. One of the suspects started punching the victim and another suspect grabbed his property out of his hands. Officers were already in the mall and detained the suspects. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested and sent to the juvenile justice center.
