The victim was walking when a suspect approached her from behind and bumped her right shoulder. The suspect then extended his arm and hit the victim on her shoulder and chest. The victim ran away from the suspect.

The witness informed officers that a known paranoid individual was confronting another known person. Officers investigated claims that a hammer was used during the incident. However, they were unable to establish sufficient probable cause that an assault had occurred, and no independent witnesses observed the incident. The incident was documented.

Brighton Ave & Holloway Ave
The officer responded to a report of a fight. Upon arrival, officers were flagged down by the victim, who reported that his father was with a graffiti suspect. The suspect was detained. The victim stated that he had seen the suspect spray painting their van. After confronting the suspect, officers arrived on scene. Following further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
