Officers responded to a report of a theft. A victim befriended two men he met over the internet. He invited them over to his home. The victim left the two men alone and took a shower. When the victim left the men alone to take a shower, the two men took his belongings and fled.
Suspect #1: White male; 5’10” tall; 150 lbs; brown hair; brown eyes; moustache; LSW black baseball cap, black shirt, black shorts with white lines, red tennis shoes; “Mike”
Suspect #2: White male; 6’1” tall; 190 lbs; blond hair; brown eyes; moustache; LSW tan baseball hat, white T-shirt, dark jacket, blue jeans; “Tony”

Mental Health Detention

Officers responded to a report of a suicidal person. The person was determined to be a danger to oneself and therefore was transported to a psychiatric care center for a mental health evaluation.

Officers responded to a report of a suicidal person. The person was determined to be a danger to oneself and therefore was transported to a psychiatric care center for a mental health evaluation.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw a man conceal merchandise items and exit without paying. The employee detained the man and placed him under citizen’s arrest. Officers took custody of the suspect. He was cited and released.

Burglary

Officers responded to a report of a burglary. A victim left his shared garage locked and secured. Upon return he saw the garage door broken, belongings missing, and his garaged vehicle damaged. An unknown suspect gained entry by breaking the garage door. The suspect took belongings without permission and damaged the victim’s parked car.

Two women walked into Taraval Station to report a battery. The two women and their third roommate lived in the same home. The women and the third roommate got into a fight. The third roommate then fled in a car driven by a friend.
Suspect: Asian female; 21-22 years; 5’5” tall; 136 lbs; black hair

Theft-Possession of Controlled Substance-Arrested

200 Winston Dr
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. Employees saw a man conceal merchandise items and exit without paying for them. He was detained and placed under citizen’s arrest. When the employees searched the suspect for hidden merchandise, they found a suspected controlled substance. Officers took custody of the suspect arrested him for the above violations.

Fraud

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. She attempted to get a personal loan. She was in contact with someone from a loaning institute. She was told to pay a loan service fee by buying preloaded credit cards. The woman was tricked into buying these cards and giving-up “codes” that enabled the fraud suspect to add value to his prepaid credit card.
Suspect: Unknown race male; “Alex Martin”

A woman reported a package that was delivered to her doorstep and left unattended was stolen.

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a threat to harm. A vehicle was parked in his driveway without permission. The car was towed. Later two men knocked on his door and threatened to harm him or his spouse or cause property damage because their vehicle was towed.
Suspect #1: Middle Eastern or East Indian male; 30-40 years old; 5’11” tall; 190 lbs; black hair
Suspect #2: Middle Eastern or East Indian male; 30-40 years old; 6’00” tall; 190 lbs; black hair
Vehicle: Black 2009 Mini Cooper
