An officer responded to a report of a threat. A man claimed his landlord sent her nephew to intimidate him. The nephew supposedly threatened the man to move out before the nephew left.
Suspect – White male :: 40-50 years :: 6’0” tall :: 260 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW black “Hell’s Angels” shirt, black pants, “Hells Angels” tattoo on neck

Battery-Arrested

Sunset Blvd & Vicente St
An officer responded to a report of a battery. A couple get into an argument and one of them strangled the other. A threat to harm was also made against the strangled victim. The suspect then left the scene. Officers responded to the suspect’s location and arrested him for the above offenses.

Trespassing

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. A woman trespassed into a victim’s backyard and retrieved empty cans for recycling. Officers detained the woman to investigate.

Driving Without a License-Texting while Driving-Arrested

An officer stopped a vehicle for texting. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license. The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.

Aggravated Assault-Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. An upstairs resident confronted her downstairs neighbor regarding creaky floors. The downstairs neighbor threw warm water at the upstairs resident. The neighbor then hit the upstairs resident’s head with a pot. Paramedics responded to treat the victim. The downstairs neighbor was arrested for assault with an object.

An officer stopped a vehicle for failure to stop a stop sign. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.

An officer stopped a vehicle for failure to stop at a red light. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.

Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. A store employee tried to retrieve a stolen merchandise item from a shoplifter. The suspect pulled away and hit the employee before fleeing.

An officer stopped a vehicle for texting while driving. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license. The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.

Defrauding-Theft

Officers responded to a report of a theft. A passenger in a rideshare vehicle ran off without paying the fare. The passenger allegedly stole the driver’s backpack as well. Further investigation revealed the passenger was a student at a high school. The suspect’s parent was contacted.

A mother and her son walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. They had left their belongings unattended and unsecured in a shed. Upon return, one of their belongings was missing.

Battery

400 Kirkham St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. A man tried to walk away from a conversation with his wife and her friends after he became upset. One of the friends stepped in front of him. He moved her out of the way and the she fell to the floor. The victim refused further police action.

Unsafe Speed-Suspended Drivers License-False Plates on Vehicle-Arrested

Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle’s license plates were not the correct ones for that vehicle. The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.
