Officers responded to a report of a battery. A man punched three men–one of whom suffered a bleeding cut, during an argument on a sidewalk. The suspect then fled on foot. The victim who suffered the cut refused to cooperate and appeared intoxicated.
Suspect – White male :: 20-25 years :: 6’0” tall :: 160 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW white T shirt, dark pants :: slick back hair :: medium build

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a possible fraud. He answered a Craigslist ad for a job. The employer was located in Australia. The man was sent a cashier’s check as advance payment. However the man was asked to send back $400.00 dollars on a weekly basis. The cashier’s check that acted as the advance payment appeared fraudulent.

Vandalism

300 West Portal Ave
Officers responded to a report of a vandalism. An unknown suspect broke a glass window at a business. Firefighters boarded up the window to prevent unauthorized entry.

Theft

200 Winston Dr
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw a shoplifter conceal merchandise items and flee without paying. The employee confronted and detained the suspect. The suspect was placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting. Officers took custody and then released the suspect for the crime.

Battery

19th Ave & Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim was riding in a MUNI bus when a suspect approached and assaulted her. She exited the bus and the suspect followed. The suspect hit her again before fleeing with an another person.

Harassing Calls/Messages

Officers responded to a report of repeated harassing messages. A suspect repeatedly sent messages over “Twitter” to harm the victim. The victim had previously acquired a protective order against the suspect.
