An officer responded to a report of a battery. A student pulled a hair from a teacher’s head. The student had asked the teacher for the teacher’s hair but the teacher refused.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was parked and occupied. A record check of the occupant revealed he had a criminal restraining order. He was within the barred distance and therefore was in violation of the order. Officers arrested him for the above violation.

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. The man received a credit card rejection letter. He had not applied for a credit card and therefore checked his credit history. The man found an unknown suspect used his identity to open a credit card and amass outstanding charges.
Battery-Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a scream. A dispute between a landlord and a tenant occurred. The tenant alleged the landlord pushed him. Therefore the tenant placed the landlord under citizen’s arrest for battery. Officers took custody of the suspect, gave him a court summons, and released him at the scene.
