An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was arrested for the above violations and released.

An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended. The vehicle also did not have the license plates. The driver was arrested for the above violations and released.

An officer stopped a vehicle for making an unlawful left turn. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended. The driver also did not have proof of liability insurance. The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.

Transporting Controlled Substance

An officer responded to a report of a suspicious package containing a controlled substance. A suspect dropped off a package containing suspected controlled substance at a delivery service. The suspect paid for shipping and left.

Aggravated Assault-Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. A victim-who lived with a family member, was beaten by the family member and suffered visible injuries. Paramedics arrived and treated the victim. Officers found and detained the suspect. The victim placed the suspect under citizen’s arrest. Officers took custody of the suspect.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. A known shoplifter was seen taking a food merchandise and exit without paying.

Suspicious Occurrence

A man and a woman walked into Taraval Station to report a suspicious occurrence. The man received a phone call with a caller ID showing the call was from the woman. When he answered, a distorted voice told him the woman was being held hostage. The woman was safe and had no idea who was using her caller ID to make the call. The woman called her cellular phone carrier and was told what occurred was a form of scam called “spoofing.”

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee, through surveillance footage, saw a shoplifter trying to remove sensors attached to merchandise items. The shoplifter then concealed more merchandise and exited without paying. An another employee detained the shoplifter and placed her under citizen’s arrest. Officers took custody of the shoplifter, gave her a court summons, and released her.

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. She withdrew money from an ATM but forgot to push the ‘complete’ button to finalize her session. She believed Suspect #1–who used the ATM after her, withdrew money from her account without her permission. She also believed Suspect #1 had an accomplice–Suspect #2, whom she saw standing nearby.
Suspect #1 – Black male :: 18-23 years :: 5’5” tall :: 140 lbs :: LSW sunglasses, sweatshirt, jeans
Suspect #2 – Black male :: 18-23 years :: 6’0” tall :: 160 lbs :: LSW baggy jeans, boxer shorts with stripes

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. A store employee saw a shoplifter conceal a merchandise item and exit without paying. The employee detained the shoplifter and placed him under citizen’s arrest. Officers took custody of the suspect, gave him a court summons, and released him.

An officer responded to a report of a theft. A man saw his belongings missing from his house. His son had held a party unbeknownst to the man. The son had numerous guests in the house. The items were discovered missing two days after the party.

Officers responded to a report of a theft. A customer’s cellular phone was left unattended in a drawer in the back of a store. The phone was undergoing a data transfer. A suspect took the phone without permission and fled.

Officers stopped a vehicle for not having its headlights on in the dark. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license. The driver was arrested for the above violations and released.
