Officers responded to a report of a vandalism. A window was shattered at a café.

A person reported receiving numerous annoying phone calls from someone claiming to be from the “Publishers Clearing House.”

Possession of Ammunition by Prohibited Person-Arrested

100 Aptos Ave
An officer responded to a report of a firearm on school grounds. The principal was told a student possibly had a gun five days ago. Further investigation revealed the student had one bullet. The student was arrested and released to the custody of a juvenile help center.

Suspended Driver’s License-Broken Windshield-Possession of Pellet Gun-Arrested

Officers stopped a vehicle with a cracked windshield. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended and he was on probation. Additionally he was in possession of a pellet gun. The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.

Defrauding a Business

Officers responded to a report of a customer who walked out without paying for food.
Suspect – Asian female :: 20-30 years :: 5’5” tall :: 100 lbs :: LSW white jacket

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee watched a recorded surveillance footage and saw three shoplifters conceal merchandise items. The suspects then exited without paying for the items.
Suspect #1 – Black female :: 20-30 years :: 5’6” tall :: 150 lbs :: black hair
Suspect #2 – Black female :: 20-25 years :: 5’7” tall :: 140 lbs :: black hair
Suspect #3 – Black female :: 20-25 years :: 5’4” tall :: 140 lbs :: black hair

A person reported his wallet stolen at a bar. He later found out a credit card that was in his wallet was used without his permission.

Vandalism

400 Urbano Dr
Officers responded to a report of a vandalism. A person found his fence gate damaged. He did not see it damaged before.

Driving Under the Influence-Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a driver who was under the influence. The driver appeared intoxicated. A field sobriety test and a chemical test revealed the driver exceeded the lawful Blood Alcohol Content level. He was arrested for the above violations.

No Driver’s License-Failure to Yield-Arrested

Winston Dr & 19th Ave
An officer responded to a report of a non-injury vehicle collision. A record check revealed one of the involved drivers did not have a license. Additionally the driver was found to have failed to yield that led to the collision. The driver was arrested for the above violations and released.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw a suspect conceal unpaid merchandise items and exit the store.
Suspect – White male :: 30-35 years :: 5’8” tall :: 165 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW baseball cap, jacket, backpack

Robbery-Arrested

2000 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of two possible robbers in the area. They detained one suspect while the second suspect fled away on foot. Just then a convenience store called to say a robbery occurred. The detained suspect was positively identified as one of the armed robbers and therefore arrested.
Suspect – Black male :: 20-25 years :: 5’8” :: 150 lbs :: dark gray hooded sweatshirt, dark gray pants
