Suspended Driver’s License-Running a Stop Sign-Resisting Arrest-Arrested

An officer stopped a vehicle for running a stop sign. The driver fled on foot. When officers tried to arrest him, the driver resisted. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended. He was arrested for the above violations, given a court summons, & then released.

An officer responded to a report of a fight. Two roommates had disputed & one alleged the other damaged his personal belongings. The other roommate claimed one of the damages was a result of an accident while the other damages were not caused by him.
