Officers responded to a report of a battery. A man walked out of a bar to smoke a cigarette. He was approached by three suspects whom he saw earlier in the bar. The suspects hit the man numerous times while saying gang-related words. The victim believed the suspects accused him of either being a rival gang member or a sympathizer of a rival gang. The suspects took the victim’s belongings & fled.
Suspect #1 – White male :: 26-27 years :: 6’00” tall :: 200 lbs :: LSW green jacket, black pants

Kidnapping-Threat

Officers responded to a report of a kidnapping. A man & a woman stepped out of a stopped vehicle and argued. The man threw rocks at the woman as she walked away. The man threatened a passerby who stopped to see what was happening. The man then forced the woman against her will into the vehicle & drove away.

An officer responded to a shoplifter in custody. Two suspects were seen concealing merchandise items & exit the store without paying for them. Store employees detained the suspects. But the store refused to press charges. The suspects were juveniles & were released to their adult relatives.

Officers responded to a report of an assault. A couple got into an argument with their roommate. The roommate hit the couple. Officers detained the roommate. A cellular phone video confirmed the couple’s allegation that their roommate hit them. The couple placed their roommate under citizen’s arrest for battery. Officers gave their roommate a court summons & released him.
