A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. He received mail & bills for someone he did not know to his residence. A record check revealed a suspect succeeded in using the man’s address as a billing address. The man did not give the suspect permission to use his address as a billing address.
Suspect – “Chelsey Bolla”

Theft

200 Chester Ave
A victim made a theft report online. He left his bicycle outdoor on the side of his home unattended. Upon return it was gone.

Attempted Burglary

300 San Benito Wy
An officer responded to a report of a burglary attempt. A home occupant saw a suspect walk past a window on the occupant’s property. Shortly thereafter the occupant heard the unknown suspect try to open the back door. When the occupant went to the door the suspect fled.

Threat

Officers responded to a report of a threat. A student threatened to harm a school principal. The student had used a fire extinguisher to assault the principal before fleeing school.
Suspect – female :: 12 years :: 5’01” tall :: 130 lbs :: long curly red hair :: LSW black zip up sweater, white shirt, gray leggings with tribal design, white shoes

Battery

4500 Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. A woman visiting her daughter was told by her daughter’s boyfriend to leave their residence. The woman refused. The daughter’s boyfriend pushed her & she fell to the floor. The daughter’s boyfriend then fled the scene.
Suspect – White male :: 46 years :: 6’1” tall :: 195 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW blue flannel hoodie, beige shorts

Theft

700 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of a theft. Surveillance footage recorded a suspect prying open a cash register & taking money out of it. A second suspect appeared to act as a lookout. They then fled together.
Suspect #1 – Black male :: 40-45 years :: 5’7” tall :: 200 lbs :: LSW black hat, white button up shirt, black jeans, black shoes
Suspect #2 – Black male :: 40-45 years :: 5’9” tall :: 165 lbs :: bald :: LSW tan long sleeve, light blue pants

Death Report
3:30 pm
1400 27th Ave
Officers responded to a wellbeing check. A woman was found unresponsive. Paramedics transported her to a hospital where she could not be revived. She had medical issues & there was no obvious sign of foul play.

Embezzlement from Elderly

2700 24th Ave
A caretaker for an elderly person & an Adult Protective Services worker walked into Taraval Station to report embezzlement. A different caretaker for the elderly person had been terminated from her employment. When asked to return keys to the elderly person’s home & car, she drove away with the elderly person’s car. It was alleged the fired caretaker convinced the elderly person to add her as a registered owner of the vehicle. The elderly person was not mentally fit to make such a decision.

Battery

Garfield St & Bright St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. A woman riding on a bus called out the name of another passenger in the back of the bus. A suspect passenger became upset & told the woman to be quiet & an argument ensued. The suspect then hit the woman.

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report vandalism. She alleged her tenant was upset with her because the tenant did not receive a receipt for a rent payment. As a result the tenant supposedly vandalized the landlord’s master telephone box.

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. He subleased an apartment from a suspect. As he moved his belongings inside, he found out the landlord kicked the suspect out & ended the lease. The man had already paid the suspect. The man tried unsuccessfully to contact the suspect to get his money back.

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. He left his belongings in a bag on a floor unattended while at a café. Upon return the bag & its contents were gone.
